The class in Liquid Nitrogen was amazing. I figured out how to create my Humpty Dumpty cocktail. It will consist of Vanilla infused bourbon, cherries, almonds, cream and egg whites. I will place it in an ISI charger and then release it into the liquid nitrogen. It breaks up into little balls and looks like popcorn. Then I'll take that popcorn and serve it in an Ostrich egg. Here is an example of what it could look like.
