So many infusions, want to have a roasted chestnut and roasted pumpkin bourbon that I might debut at Leigh Nance's wedding in October. Really want to expand my business out there for private events and consulting. Monday is the Chartreuse competition, and I'm starting to get pumped up. Sunday is going to be my day to experiment.
