Line them up please. Really looking forward to creating a kick-ass menu for the fall. I am going to have such different eyes coming into pomegranate season, I just can't wait until October. So many infusions, want to have a roasted chestnut and roasted pumpkin bourbon that I might debut at Leigh Nance's wedding in October. Really want to expand my business out there for private events and consulting. Monday is the Chartreuse competition, and I'm starting to get pumped up. Sunday is going to be my day to experiment.
