Last night was The Singapore Sling, great classic cocktail. I also revisited the Sloe Gin Fizz and added agave and egg whites, perfect combo. It is really great to add egg whites to any Fizz or sour drink you make, it just takes it to another level! I am ready for Michele Avary.
