Passion Fruit is back!

I have a new Amuse Bouche at my bar now especially on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Passion fruit is back in season and they are unbelievable. Fresh, tart and tangy. I cut them in half and pour a little Hangar One Mandarin with a dash of agave that you can scoop right up with a little spoon. It is a wonderful way to open the palate and get the senses going and ready for a delicious cocktail.

They are also a great addition to Mandarin Cosmos and Margaritas!
